Mindfulness and consciously creating a calmer life experience becomes critical midlife. You learn the importance of adrenal health and we work with you to implement structures, rituals and practices to priortise health, wellness and your energy moving forward.

You will learn the principles of midlife nutrition and why declining hormones change how you regulate blood sugar and why your cholesterol levels change. We use a real-time glucose monitor so you get clear on which foods fuel you and which drain you.

Individualised scientific testing is included to assess your minerals, blood glucose and cortisol levels specific to your body. You will understand the impacts of different foods, lifestyle choices and any deficiencies your body is experiencing.

You will learn why your sleep has changed midlife and nutrition to support your both to return to a state of rest at night. We work with you to develop routine to prepare your body for sleep and also the importance of adrenal health stress management midlife.

We support you to understand the importance of strength training, and weighted long movements inside of your midlife movement makeover. Impact training will support building bone density, retaining muscle and moving with ease for longer.

Hello I am Leah Kapral -
I am a Certified Nutritionist, Scientist & Holisitc Menopausal Coach supporting women to understand and solve their midlife health changes.
Midlife symptoms can be incremental, mild or severe and different for every women. I had no health team during my early 40's and was left confused by health professionals and personal trainers why everything was changing.
After putting on 8kgs in less than 2 years, I lost trust in the traditional methods of loosing weight and my midlife symptoms were not validated. I tracked macronutrients, tried shakes, fasting and nothing worked. My world fell apart, I left my career and relationship wasn't sleeping, deafening tinnitus, skin conditions, food sensitivities and anxiety.... I had no idea I was experiencing perimenopause symptoms...not even my doctor mentioned it!
I had cravings, trouble falling and staying asleep, the weight piled on. All these symptoms were systematic contributing to increasing my cortisol levels which made me sensitive to stress and anxious. After being dismissed by doctors and clinical nutritionists I went back to my roots studied hormone science and functional nutrition and used scientific testing and lifestyle practices to find the source and manage my midlife symptoms.
I designed the Mid-life Energy Reset Program to empower women to understand how declining hormones impact your health and what foods and lifestyle choices will support your health moving forward midlife and beyond.
